         3rd March. Tahun? tak mau gitau. hihi

         Girl. Deby. Bambam. hee

         Ohhh banyak sgt. Tomyam. Cakes. Chicken rice. Teppayaki. Food in general. 

4. Favourite colour(s)?
        Purple. But right now I have a minor aversion to Pink. :p

5. Favourite time of the day?
        Midnight. I love the quietness.

6. Favourite movie(s)?
        Oh I have lots. But the one I watch over and over again, Phantom, HP, a walk to remember, etc

7. Favourite TV show(s)?
        Vampire diaries, Glee, Secret Circle.

8. Favourite book(s)?
        I have lots too. I loved regency or victorian period novels, also science fictions. Oh, current favourites are Kate Morton, The distance Hours and Val Wood, Songbird.

9. Favourite famous people?
        Rasulullah s.a.w. Seriously.

10. Favourite blog(s)?
        eh dah lama tak blogwalking. all my b2b dearies blogs, and also here: myanimalcare.org. I love to read about Dr Chan's cats and their antics.

        When I at the brink of giving up, I turn to Allah and pray.

        My family, my cats and my BFFs.

        Family > love > career

        Hmm. I don't remember much of my childhood. 

15. If given a choice, would you turn back time and why?
        Yes oh yes. There are some things I wish didn't happen. But well, its not in my powers. 

16. Do you have a habit that people don’t know of?
        oh banyak. sy suka gosok hidung. sy suka mengemas bila sy tgh stress. (used to like shopping when stressed, but due to money constraint nowadays, not a good habit).

17. Name a super power you'd want to get.
        I wish I could fly and be free.

18. If you could get three wishes what would it be? Why?
         1) I wish I won't be so emotional and sensitive
         2) I wish I could turn back time
         3) I wish I could never be wishing because wishing alone means hoping, and sometimes hoping hurts. 

19. If you could change your name, would you leave it or change it?
         Nama saya tak glemer, tapi sy tetap suka nama sy. hihi

Dedikasi untuk Seseorang

Post kali ini adalah dedikasi dari Deby untuk seseorang yang Deby pernah sayang satu masa dahulu. Deby tak tau lah kalau dia baca atau tidak blog Deby ni, tapi yang penting doa Deby supaya dia akan hidup bahagia sampai ke akhir hayat akan sampai pada dia, sedar ataupun tidak.

Deby kenal dia lebih kurang 8 tahun yang lepas. 'Suka' pandang pertama, seriously. Hehe. (bukan jatuh cinta pandang pertama ye, jatuh suka jerr). Panjang cerita dia, tapi tak perlu la kot nak cerita kat sini.

Deby dapat tau yang dia dah bertunang, dan bakal melangsungkan perkahwinan tidak lama lagi. Alhamdulillah.

Untuk dear, I will always pray for your happiness. I never regretted meeting you, loving you and leaving you. I will always cherish those moments with you  and I thank you for loving me, even for a short while. Its clear now we are not meant for each other, but alhamdulillah we managed to find the other half that we coveted so much. I'll pray that you'll be the best husband, partner and father to your wife and child or children that you may have in the future. This song is for you, and for me too.

jumpa geng b2b + update sikit

Ok, lama sesangat tak post blog nih... Maaf la, bila balik Malaysia aritu Deby tak sempat2 nak post blog, tak ada masa pon ye, malas nak post guna tablet pon ye. Deby tak bawak balik laptop.

3 minggu kat Malaysia. macam2 jadi. hehe. yang paling penting, Deby dah pass semua barang2 orang kirim. Lega hati sket.

Yang penting Deby dah pass jersey MU yang Dhiera n Zimie (both b2b) order aritu. Jumpa diorang kat Alamanda je. Alahai terasa diri ini sangat giant compare ngan Dhiera n Zimie nie. masing2 comel je.
Sempat juga jumpa Faiz and Suria. Cupcake yang Faiz bagi sangatlah sedapppppp.. :D

yang paling best balik nie memang MAKAN, MAKAN and MAKAN. non-stop. sampaikan deby gain balik weight yang Deby lost masa kat London tuh. Adeh. Mari kuruskan badan balik....

Deby sempat la jumpa family en Tunang. Dating ngan adik dia (adik dia belanja.. hiks), g rumah dia kat Johor sana tuuu (sampai kena saman speed trap) and family dia pon ada datang rumah. Tak sangka mak n ayah dia sangat2 baik n sayang kat Deby. Asyik call tanya kabar, etc. Jumpa sedara mara dia pon macam ok je semua. Hopefully memang macam tu la. Hopefully pas ni tak ada apa2 masalah sampai lar ke jinjang pelamin. Aminnnn... Bila nak kawin? Mak dia cakap aritu tahun depan, naik pelamin skali dgn adik dia. tapi bergantung lah. so tak set lagi betul2.

Oh masa birthday deby aritu (3 mac ok), family celebrate dengan buat BBQ and Deby dapat 2 cake. mana tak gain weight balik. hahah. <3 my family sooo much!

Wordless Wednesday

11 hari lagi

Hi semua. Okay, memang dah berabuk sangat blog nih. Hehe. Tak ada niat nak abaikan, tapi macam tak ada mood nak post. Macam2 dah jadi baru2 ni, hidup pon dah terumbang-ambing dah. Dearies b2b mesti tau apa Deby maksudkan, kan? Tapi selagi tak official, Deby tak mau la post kat sini. Malas betul nak bagi stalker Deby tu baca.

Sekarang Deby nak start countdown.. Lagi 11 hari Deby nak......

BALIK MALAYSIA!!!!!!

Yay!!!!

Deby awalkan flight Deby, ke 24 Feb. Sebab? Ada banyak benda nak diselesaikan kat Malaysia.

SO Deby ada kat Msia dari 25 Feb smpai 20 Mac. Lama tak? Hehe. Boleh celebrate birthday Deby kat Msia! (Ehem! 3 Mac yekkkk kawan2 semua)

Ramai betul orang Deby nak jumpa balik Malaysia nanti.

De-stressing regime

Salam semua,

Harini Deby nak share apa yang Deby buat kalo Deby stress yang amat. Lately ni Deby sangat2 stress, dengan projek PhD nye, dengan masalah 'itu' nye (b2b 2012 mesti paham kan). Deby sekarang asyik tak boleh tido je, kekadang pas Subuh baru terlena. Jadi malam ni Deby try buat regime Deby sendiri, dengan harapan Deby boleh relax dan akhirnya tido.

1) spray setiap bantal, tilam, duvet, selimut, towel, langsir, etc dengan The Body Shop Cranberry Joy Body, Room & Linen Spritz. 

Sebabnya: bila environment yang wangi dan bersih, kita mesti automatically happy kan? cranberry joy ni bau dia macam fresh berries. sedap sangat.

2) mandi dengan The Body Shop Cranberry Joy Bath & Shower Gel. 3 kali. hehe

Sebabnye: 1, kena mandi lepas balik kerja, especially kalo dok bergelimpangan dalam lab sehari suntuk. Satu cara untuk segarkan badan. Pastu, dengan shower gel yang bau fresh camni, memang segar + happy = relax. Tapi lain orang lain kesukaan dia, Deby suka bau fruits. ade orang suka bau fern, or wood ke. Depends on minat masing2 la. :) Kenapa 3 kali? Saje gedik. hehe

3) Scrub satu badan dengan Dead Sea Salt Spa. Yang ni Deby baru beli dekat Soap & Co:

Sebab: Deby suka scrub, dapat remove semua dead skin cells. yang sea salt ni memang bagus untuk melicinkan kulit. Best pamper ourselves kekadang. Lepas scrub rasa kulit licin dan lembut je. Yand Salt ni Deby beli bau Lavender Vanilla, bagus untuk relaxation.

4) Sapu Shea Body Butter by the Body Shop satu badan.

Sebab: untuk melembapkan kulit. sini cuaca sejuk, so kulit boleh dehydrated, kering.

5) sambil2 buat regime di atas, pasang lagu2 soothing. Pilihan Deby, lagu2 by Yiruma:



6) Akhir sekali, sebelum tido, pastikan kita pakai skincare yang sepatutnya. Macam Deby, Deby pakai Aloe Vera toner, night cream, dan Shea Butter Lip Balm. Semua dari Body Shop. Ini semua supaya bila kita bangun tido esok, muka kita fresh, well rested, and well hydrated. :)

Dan jangan lupa baca doa sebelum tido tau. :)
